Empty
 (Haiku) By Dylan Detry
Driving down the winding road
Damp outside, trees howling in the wind
Feel as if there is a hole in my emotions

Just because the haikus are only three sentences, doesn’t mean that it wasn’t hard writing it. When writing this, it took a long time. I had to balance out the line breaks, imagery, and how the speaker comes off.

Money
It’s hard to clear my thoughts
When there’s so much fog in the air
But these channel bags that I bought
Don’t seem to care
The point is money
Can buy away your problems
It’s funny
Until you don’t know how to solve ‘em

When writing this, it want that hard. The only thing challenging was rhyming, which was one of the literary devices I used. I also used line breaks, and symbol.
